Shipping

We offer free shipping within North America on all full suspension kits. Shipping rates to other locations are determined automatically by the carrier during checkout.

Important Shipping Rules

  • The buyer is responsible for all additional fees such as customs.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
  • All shipments require an adult signature for delivery.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. A 5% cancelation fee applies to all refunds. No exceptions. 


Return Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines before placing an order.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions.

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for both return shipping and the original shipping costs we incurred—including on orders with free shipping. Taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be approved by SF Racing USA before being shipped back and are subject to the return policies of the manufacturer and/or shipping partner. We reserve the right to deny any return at our discretion.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted on new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, complete with all hardware and accessories, and in resalable condition.
  • All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, used, modified, or damaged.
  • Items damaged due to installation, handling, or return shipping.
  • Products installed without confirming correct fitment of both front and rear suspension components.
  • Products reported as “making noise”; suspension noise is typically caused by improper installation or unrelated vehicle issues and is not considered a product defect.
  • International orders shipped outside of North America

Professional Installation Recommended

We highly recommend installation by a certified professional performance shop. Improper installation can cause noise, poor performance, safety issues, and may void eligibility for return.

How to Start a Return

Follow the steps below to submit a return request.

  • Log in to your account.
  • Find the order that you want to return.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

This policy applies to retail purchases made directly from SF Racing. For warranty claims or questions about fitment, please contact us before installation.
